Role Overview

Tenavi Staffing is seeking a Radiation Therapist to support a hospital-based oncology program. This role focuses on delivering prescribed radiation therapy treatments, ensuring treatment accuracy, and supporting patient care throughout the therapy process.

This position is ideal for a Radiation Therapist who is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and interested in working in a collaborative clinical environment with strong professional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments
• Prepare and position patients for treatment procedures
• Operate radiation therapy equipment and verify treatment setup
• Assist with simulation and treatment planning activities
• Monitor patients during treatment and report concerns
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation
• Follow radiation safety procedures and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, physicists, and oncology staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• ARRT certification required
• California Radiation Therapy license (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Knowledge of radiation safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and patient care skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern radiation therapy equipment
• Understanding of treatment planning processes
• Prior hospital or oncology experience
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary care environment
