Solve problems without waiting for permission, specs, or perfect information

Qualifications:

Required:

23 years of real-world product engineering experience

Strong command of React, TypeScript, and Next.js

A portfolio of actual shipped work side projects, startups, or early-stage builds

Product intuition youve made design tradeoffs, pushed back on bad ideas, and shipped v1s

Clear communicator with customer-facing instincts and internal ownership

High agency, low ego, bias to action
