OverviewThe VRC Care Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day VRC operations by performing administrative tasks, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns ensuring high quality member service. This team member will optimally support the member interactions from start to finish, which may include identification verification; updating or confirming demographic information, ensuring all forms and waivers are up to date, and answering a high volume of calls.
This position is budgeted at $24 per hour

- Schedule and coordinate member appointments, meetings, classes, consults, and department communication as needed. Providing a proactive approach to customer service by listening to the member, taking ownership of solutions and escalate issues as appropriate to resolve concerns!
- Day of event support by checking in members, event set-up, event breakdown, and group rotations
- Provides high quality service to a variety of members over the telephone, email and in-person encompassing both verbal and written communication.
- Assist members in database registration, completion of initial paperwork including consent/release forms, resource referrals
- Prioritized assigned projects ensuring deadlines are met
- Actively supervises the use of confidential member information to maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality as established under HIPAA (the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).
- High School diploma and a minimum of 2 years’ related experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Medical/well-being office experience with a strong emphasis in customer service, computer skills and phones

Compensation and benefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
