This firm is known for handling complex, high-asset family law matters involving high-net-worth clients. Attorneys in this role will manage sophisticated cases, providing exceptional legal counsel in divorce, property division, custody, and spousal support. Responsibilities:

• Manage intricate family law cases involving significant assets and high-profile clients, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

• Draft and review legal pleadings, motions, and agreements with precision.

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and stay updated on evolving family law statutes and case law.

• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing strategic counsel and managing expectations effectively.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases, offering mentorship and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active membership in the California State Bar.

• 3+ years of substantive family law experience, ideally within a well-regarded firm handling high-asset cases.

• Exceptional research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills.

• Demonstrated ability to handle complex family law matters independently and maintain client confidentiality.

• Commitment to maintaining the firm’s reputation for integrity, professionalism, and exceptional client service.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting salary of $130,000 annually, with additional bonuses based on collections.

• 1,500 billable hours requirement annually, allowing for a balanced and focused workload.
