We're a premier tax and advisory firm in Irvine, CA - and we're growing. We work with high-net-worth individuals and businesses nationwide, delivering the kind of personalized attention the big firms simply can't offer. We're looking for a sharp Tax Manager who's ready to stop being a number and start building something.
The Role
You'll own a high-volume book of individual (1040) returns - complex clients, high stakes, real relationships. You'll review staff work, advise clients on planning strategies, and operate as a trusted partner to firm leadership. This is a seat at the table, not a seat in the queue.
You're the Right Fit If You Have:
- CPA license
- 6+ years in public accounting with heavy individual (1040) volume
- The instincts to manage clients independently and the skills to back it up
- A preference for tight teams over corporate bureaucracy
