Product Support Assistant- Telework Hybrid

Job Description and Duties

This position is located at the DMV Headquarters in Sacramento.

DMV's Information Systems Division (ISD) is seeking a motivated individual to serve as a Product Support Assistant. Under the direction of the Product Quality Group Manager, Information Technology (IT) Manager I, the IT Associate is responsible for a variety of technical and analytical tasks in support of the Enterprise Modernization Project. The IT Associate will assist with implementing technology solutions, maintaining documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting with troubleshooting issues.

The role is responsible for:

• Assisting with tracking and updating project schedules

• Supporting testing and assists validation of system changes

• Helping to track and maintain documentation

• Assisting with preparing status reports and maintaining communication logs

This Limited Term position may be extended to 24 months and may become Permanent.
