- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
- 8 years of FP&A experience
- Must currently have Finance Manager experience
- Advanced Excel
- Manufacturing experience ideal
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and long-term strategic projections.
- Perform variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and present findings to leadership.
- Partner with department heads to align with strategic initiatives.
- Track and communicate key business KPIs and operational metrics.
- Support the launch of new products through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Prepare management and board-level presentations.
- Create dashboards and performance tracking reports.
- Translate complex data into clear insights for non-financial audiences.
- Drive process improvements and automation within FP&A systems and tools.
- Act as a finance business partner to operational leaders.
- Ensure alignment across Finance and the rest of the organization.
