What we will achieve together :

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role within the finance team by providing data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial results, developing financial models and databases, and recommending process improvements to enhance financial performance. You will work closely with the accounting team—within the Accounting Shared Services Center (SSC)—to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial information with relevant regulations and company standards.

Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000 annual salary.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for Group/BU and local reporting - actual/budget/forecast
• Analyze financial data to identify potential changes in business operations
• Prepare detailed financial reports on current and projected performance
• Act as a financial advisor to various departments
• Develop and maintain financial database models to inform business decisions
• Actively participate in the budgeting process and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Create and document policies and procedures for financial activities
• Develop and implement action plan to minimize expenses
• Analyze financial data to identify and assess potential risks
• Liaise with external auditors and other financial professionals
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to current financial systems and procedures
• Participation and contributing in local performance review meeting
• Responsible for Ad Hoc analysis based on business needs
• Lead smaller business projects involving transversal collaboration
• Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions
• Analyzes financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position

Requirements :

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Preferably in a fast-paced organization with an international presence. Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Certification: CPA or CFA plus.
