Senior Accountant
- Process general ledger entries (receipts, journals) and perform financial analysis
- Manage payroll (review and analyze timesheets pre-payroll)
- Process rent checks using Yardi CHECKscan
- Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with budget preparation
- Handle intercompany billing and reimbursements
- Prepare detailed financial reports for management
- Support special projects for the Controller and Director of Property Management
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 3+ years of accounting experience in property management or real estate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Yardi Voyager experience a plus
- Construction accounting knowledge is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to pass credit, background, and drug screenings
- Excellent credit history is required
- Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (based on experience)
