Pay & Incentives:

• $144 per day.
• Tips: $500–$2,000+ per month for top performers.
• Pay increases through performance, efficiency, skill growth, and leadership.
• Paid training provided.

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time and ready for scheduled jobs.
• Travel to and from job sites using mobile detailing setups.
• Perform high-quality interior and exterior detailing services.
• Maintain company quality standards on every vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Work efficiently while paying close attention to detail.
• Learn and perform all services as training progresses.
