We're looking for a visionary Product Manager to lead the discovery, testing, and incubation of innovative solutions designed to help financial advisors grow their business. In this role, you'll develop services that enhance lead generation, improve nurturing processes, and optimize conversion rates. You'll be at the forefront of creating impactful, data-driven solutions that turn bold ideas into fully operational services.

What You'll Do

As a Product Manager, you'll take ownership of the product lifecycle from vision to execution. Your responsibilities will include:

Vision & Discovery: Define the product vision in collaboration with service designers and strategists. Develop business models, pricing strategies, and operational plans.
Service Testing: Lead the discovery process, engage with advisors for feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Pilot Programs: Design and implement pilot tests, using A/B testing to assess features and operations. Leverage data-driven insights to iterate and refine.
Business Case Development: Conduct pricing and unit economics analyses. Build business cases to support scaling efforts.
Team Leadership: Assemble and guide a multidisciplinary team through the discovery, development, and launch phases.
Collaboration: Work alongside strategists, designers, business operations teams, and analysts within the broader venture ecosystem.
Executive Engagement: Present visions, updates, and insights to senior leaders to align on key business decisions.

What You Bring

We're seeking an energetic, versatile thinker-doer who excels in new product development and financial services. You'll have the unique opportunity to shape and grow innovative services, contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of experience in business/product management or strategy consulting in areas such as corporate strategy, innovation, new ventures, or product development.
1-2 years of experience in digital sales and marketing, particularly in lead generation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree (MBA) in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in sales processes, funnel optimization, or inbound/outbound marketing.
2+ years of experience scaling offerings in a fast-growing company.
Strong analytical skills, with a knack for transforming data into actionable insights.
Familiarity with Lean Startup methodologies.
Expertise in designing and redefining business models, products, and services.
Experience with human-centered design practices or facilitating collaborative workshops.
Knowledge of financial services and a passion for fintech innovation.
