2. Strong knowledge of commercial real estate loans and the overall loan process.
3. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficiency with loan origination software and other industry-specific technology.
6. Solid understanding of compliance regulations and legal requirements relating to loan processing.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
8. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, lenders, and team members.
9. A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate potential issues and devise effective solutions.
10. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
