Dessert Holdings is looking for WarehouseForklift Operatorsfor ourLondon ONlocation.As a member of the warehouse team, you required to complete various warehouse duties, including to work in a cold environment. Responsibilities & Duties: Staging /set up of packaging materials in respective packaging departments Picking and storing of raw materials Preparation of next day's receiving tickets Receiving of raw materials Locating products in the warehouse; use of forklift required Order selection and loading of trailers Housekeeping of the receiving and shipping areas Inventory cycle counts Working with power equipment, hi-reach forklifts and walkies Adherence to procedures, safety practices and policy Position Requirements: Must have a valid forklift license and be able to drive a standup Crown counterbalance and reach truck Comfortable workingin cold temperatures (freezer and refrigeration) Scheduling flexibility Ability to work independently, well organized, effective judgment Proficient with computer applications and comfortable learning new systems Focused on detail, accuracy and a strong mathematical aptitude Cooperative and works well with others, strong communicator. Shift: C-shift: 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday Pay Rate:$24.79per hour(probationary), $27.55per hour (full rate) Our Benefits! On-site parking We provide uniforms, safety shoes andsick pay. Shift premiumfor all hours worked between 7:00 pm 5:00 am Weekend premium for all hours worked between 5:00 am - 7:00 pm. Eligible for quarterly bonuses upon completion of probation. This position also provides comprehensive benefits & RRSP contributionafter probation is complete.
