Sr Executive Assistant (Disney Advertising Sales)
Department Overview:
The Senior Executive Assistant will support the Executive Vice President of Addressable Revenue, Pricing, Planning & Operations within Disney Advertising. This high-visibility role provides both day-to-day administrative support and broader sales and operations coordination across a dynamic, fast-paced organization. You'll play a key role in organizing cross-functional efforts, managing travel and calendars, supporting high-level internal and external events, and maintaining alignment across key leadership stakeholders—including close partnership with Disney's President of Advertising.
This role sits within a collaborative, high-performing executive support network and serves as a key liaison across marketing, sales communications, ticketing, and purchasing functions. Candidates based in New York or Los Angeles will be considered, with New York-based candidates well-positioned to provide real-time support given the executive's frequent travel.
Job Summary:
The Sr. Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, managing complex schedules, organizing key meetings and events, and providing high-level operational and project support. The ideal candidate will anticipate needs, maintain confidentiality, and serve as a central hub of coordination, communication, and execution across the organization. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-volume administrative support to the EVP. Manage complex, multi-city travel itineraries, including real-time updates based on changes and disruptions
Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and support video conference logistics

Serve as a communication bridge across executives, teams, and departments.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion

Process expenses, ticket allocations, and merchandise or promo orders
Onboard new team members, acting as a go-to resource for both logistics and culture
Mentor and train other executive assistants and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the support function
Basic Qualifications:

Working knowledge of digital and streaming advertising trends and tools
