Day to Day

We are seeking a highly motivated Manager of Global Tax Reporting to join our global Tax team. You will support all reporting for global entities and provide some assistance with US tax compliance. You are a self-starter who is highly organized, exhibits keen attention to detail, and thrives in a fun but results-oriented work environment. This role will report directly to the Director of Global Tax Reporting.

• Prepare global tax provision under ASC 740 and IAS 12

• Review tax workpapers and supporting documentation

• Support US tax compliance

• Evaluate the tax impacts of business changes

• Forecast ETR and cash taxes with FP&A

• Coordinate with external advisors and auditors

• Mentor junior team members

Responsibilities

• Prepare global tax reporting under ASC 740 and IAS 12

• Assist with US tax compliance

• Evaluate and document tax reserves (FIN 48/IFRIC 23)

• Present results to management and auditors

• Support tax technology improvements and automation/use of AI

• Ensure documentation meets internal control standards

• Research and model tax law changes and reporting impacts

Skills/Competencies

• 8+ years in public or corporate tax roles

• Proven IAS 12 and ASC 740 knowledge at a global level

• Experienced in managing multiple priorities

• Skilled communicator and cross-functional partner

• Skilled in financial systems and tax technology platforms

• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities

Salary Range Transparency

NYC Metro Area 115,000 - 155,000 USD per year
