This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced construction leader who thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in delivering exceptional work.

Job Duties:

  • You will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, inspectors, unions, agencies, and adjacent communities to support project success.
  • You will supervise and coordinate subcontractors while holding all parties accountable for performance, quality, and schedule.
  • You will conduct and/or attend Foreman meetings, pre-task meetings, safety meetings and project staff meetings.
  • You will leverage technology (Procore, BIM, Trimble Connect) to streamline project coordination, train team members, and enhance efficiency across all modules (RFIs, Submittals, Schedules, Daily Logs, Change Events, Punch Lists).
  • You will prepare and maintain accurate schedules and records (3-week lookahead, Gantt charts, RFIs, ASIs, as-builts, daily logs) including manpower, equipment, and deliveries.
  • You will manage project costs and changes (PCOs and CCOs) from pricing through final commitment, negotiating to protect company interests.
  • You will collaborate on pre-construction planning and value engineering, identifying risks and providing solutions before they impact the budget or schedule.
  • You will coordinate inspections and compliance with building departments, subcontractor inspections, and other agencies to ensure smooth progress.
  • You will represent ECG professionally while maintaining confidentiality on financial and strategic matters.
  • Other related duties will be assigned or as needed.
