Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient group in the NICU according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor neonates with life-threatening conditions; respond quickly to changes in status using critical thinking and professional judgment.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines; document care plans and patient responses clearly.
- Provide education and support to families, promoting family-centered care and informed participation in care decisions.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure continuity of care across shifts.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California.
- Experience in neonatal or NICU care; Level III/IV NICU experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work nights, 36 hours per week, on a 3x12 schedule.
- Available for a 13-week travel assignment starting 07/20/2026.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity NICU environment.
