The Opportunity

We are seeking a Paid Media Analyst to support performance marketing leadership with data integrity, attribution accuracy, and actionable insights across paid acquisition channels. This role will analyze performance data from campaigns across multiple channels including search, video, programmatic, CTV, and radio to ensure campaigns are measured accurately and optimized effectively.

You will work closely with performance and intake teams to validate lead flow, troubleshoot tracking issues, monitor funnel conversion from click → call → retained case, and deliver clear reporting that informs budget allocation and growth strategy. This is a highly analytical role for someone who understands that clean data drives profitable acquisition.

Accountable for

•  Aggregate and analyze performance data across Google, Microsoft, Meta, YouTube, CTV, radio, call tracking platforms and landing pages.Â
• Monitor full-funnel metrics from click → call → qualified → retained case to identify efficiency gaps and revenue leakage.Â
• Validate and maintain attribution accuracy across CRM, marTech systems and tracking infrastructure.Â
• Identify discrepancies in lead counts, duplicate entries, routing errors, and reporting inconsistencies.Â
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking spend, CPL, CAC, cost-per-case, retention rates, and forecasting models.Â
• Partner with Paid Media and Search teams to surface optimization opportunities based on performance trends and cohort behavior.Â
• Conduct performance deep dives and competitive analysis to inform budget allocation and bidding adjustments.Â
• Support forecasting models with historical data, conversion velocity, and intake performance benchmarks.Â
• Document tracking architecture, reporting logic, and data workflows to ensure operational transparency and continuity.Â

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, paid media analysis, or performance reporting in a lead generation environment.Â
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, Excel, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable platforms).Â
• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and call tracking platforms.Â
• Understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and cross-channel performance measurement.Â
• Ability to reconcile data discrepancies and diagnose tracking or routing errors.Â
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.Â

Compensation

• $95,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
