Job Summary: The ServiceNow ITOM Developer will support implementation and management of IT Operations Management solutions within the ServiceNow platform with a focus on FedRAMP compliance and infrastructure monitoring. The role involves developing secure and scalable environments, supporting discovery and service mapping capabilities, implementing integrations and ensuring regulatory compliance. The candidate will work on scripting, testing, cloud fundamentals and infrastructure setup while supporting high availability and continuous monitoring environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with ITOM suite (CSDM CMDB Discovery Service Mapping Event Management) within ServiceNow

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow FedRAMP implementation

• Knowledge of FedRAMP security authorization and continuous monitoring

• Strong knowledge on Mid server placement for FedRAMP instance and handling NERC assets inline with regulatory compliance

• Basic knowledge in cloud fundamentals

• Windows Unix administration skills

• Intermediate knowledge and ability to understand infrastructure environment setup (Server Network Storage etc.)

• Good understanding in monitoring tools

• Knowledge and experience with base platform reports

• Good experience in scripting RegEX (JavaScript Unix Shell scripting Windows scripting and PowerShell)

• Experience in integration using REST API SOAP or other technologies

• Knowledge of unit testing system integration testing performance testing user acceptance testing or client-specific testing

• Experience creating repeatable processes for design development test staging and production environments with high availability

• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator certification required

• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology

• Basic knowledge of ITIL industry standards

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage ITOM solutions within ServiceNow platform

• Support FedRAMP implementation security authorization and compliance requirements

• Manage infrastructure monitoring and discovery processes

• Design and support secure high availability development and production environments

• Perform integrations using REST API SOAP and other technologies

• Support testing processes including unit testing system integration testing performance testing and user acceptance testing

• Collaborate with teams to maintain regulatory compliance and operational reliability
