About the Position
TravelNurseSource is working with job.com to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in California!
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical nursing for a travel assignment. The RN will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit, working collaboratively with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate medical documentation.
The nurse will work 12-hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM and will participate in weekend coverage on an every-other-weekend rotation. This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple patients in an acute care environment.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Current BLS certification
