Schedule: Full-Time (with On-Call Rotation)
Pay Rate: $75,000 – $250,000/year

You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems, providing accurate estimates, and delivering exceptional service to customers. Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues and perform service and repairs
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water, drain, and gas systems
• Provide clear estimates and explain repair/replacement options to customers
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and company policies
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in top condition
• Participate in an on-call rotation (1 night per week)
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Valid driver’s license with minimal DMV infractions
• Ability to work weekends and participate in on-call rotation (1 night per week)
• Must provide own hand tools
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
