SENIOR DESIGNER MARKETING

: Salary Range: $60.90 - $93.62 /hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education. The Senior Designer Marketing will be responsible for leading the creative aspects of marketing campaigns, from concept development to execution. This role encompasses the creation of impactful designs that resonate with our target audience, enhance brand visibility, and drive marketing objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of creative and technical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering innovative design concepts.

• Possess and be able to deliver extraordinary visual designs, as well as produce cutting edge creative work and a master-level understanding of design
• Lead the conceptualization and execution of design projects from brief to completion. Projects may include branding, digital ad campaigns, website design, print collateral, social, billboards and more
• Have an affinity for consistency, color use, typography, and a keen eye for subtle details.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative strategies that align with the Company's Brand identity and marketing goals.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in design and marketing to propose new campaign ideas and creative concepts
• Highly skilled in design tools e.g., Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Keynote and other design tools.
• Understands responsive web design
• Manages tight deadlines from multiple stakeholders, and is agile and nimble in adapting to change
• Highly efficient project manager for your creative process, and can manage goal setting, tracking and support with planning and organizational skills
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with web design tools (Sketch, Figma).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including digital and print marketing materials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a strong understanding of branding, marketing, and the digital landscape.

Preferred:

• Experience with HMTL, CSS, and JavaScript tied to web design work is a plus
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
