Job Title : Oracle CPQ Solution Architect - BRIM
Job Duration :Long-term Contract(12+ months)
Pay rate: $70-75/hr on W2 & $80-85/hr on C2C
Job Description:
The Sr. CPQ Cloud Architect provides end-to-end solutions that addresses clients business requirements and solves complex business problems using Oracle CPQ Cloud applications.
The Architect will work in close collaboration with business transformation team, Technology and global services team and SAP across the globe (onshore/offshore), must have strong business process and CPQ domain expertise to drive end-to-end business solutions including integration with Oracle and non-Cloud ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, architect, assist in build, test & support platform enhancements and system changes while applying critical thinking in collaboration with our strategic system integrators across Oracle CPQ platform. Focus mainly on Design and Architect.
- Collaborate with Business Partner teams, Platform Solutions analysts, Development teams to determine the optimal Design for new or existing O-CPQ Solution based on the Business Requirements and ensure alignment to client Standards, supports future expansion, with 80% reusability and 20% custom
- Lead and participate in solution design discussions with strategic system integrators to deliver solutions that scale across businesses and regions
- Provide technical support to develop integrated solutions across cross functional business processes, applications, and platforms
- Lead solution architecture and prototype technical solutions using a consultative approach with our customers
- Improve delivery quality through improved processes including demand shaping, adequate estimates, design best practices, unit testing, regression testing and on-time delivery of projects
- Facilitate & collaborate platform team and with global vendor(s) support teams to ensure break-fix issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Perform review of break fix issues & identify permanent resolutions thru software fix or business process change
- Work actively with Capgemini Oracle Service Line operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence
Qualifications:
- 10 years or more of Oracle implementation experience including Oracle CPQ with strong knowledge in business process using CRM/SFA and order management systems
- Proven functional/technical professional with full lifecycle Oracle CPQ implementation experience and at least 3 years of technical/functional experience working with Oracle CPQ.
- Proven experience with implementation of Oracle CPQ best practices and implementation of out of the box features.
- Proven experience with Oracle CPQ release updates
- Proven experience with Salesforce.com and integrating Oracle CPQ with Salesforce.com.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to translate business process and user requirements into functional requirements and solution design.
- One or more Oracle CPQ Certifications (Big Machines Blue Belt preferred, Yellow Belt accepted with adequate experience)
- Ability to influence others across various levels in the organization, work independently, and manage through ambiguity.
- Ability to effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience with waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
Preferred:
- Experience with other quoting tools such as Conga CPQ, Salesforce CPQ etc.
- Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with Vendavo (Price Management)
- Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with backend ERP solutions
- Experience working in a large matrixed and FDA regulated corporation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferably computer science.
- Minimum of 6 project full life cycles with waterfall, and agile methodologies Oracle Cloud Certifications.
- Successful completion of Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation certificate.?
