The Senior Technical Specialist will be responsible for overseeing salesforce administration, salesforce apex development, and salesforce lightning. This role involves managing the technical aspects of salesforce platform, development, and customization to meet business requirements effectively. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Provide expertise in salesforce administration and ensure smooth functioning of the salesforce platform.
2. Develop and implement solutions using salesforce apex to enhance system functionality.
3. Customize salesforce lightning components to optimize user experience and streamline business processes.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations.
6. Stay updated with salesforce best practices and new features to recommend enhancements to existing systems.
7. Conduct training sessions for users on salesforce functionalities and best practices. Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, and data management.
2. Strong experience in salesforce apex development to create custom controllers, triggers, and web services.
3. Handson expertise in salesforce lightning to design and develop responsive ui components.
4. Good understanding of integration techniques in salesforce using rest/soap apis.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Certifications:
