B2B Sales & Business Development Specialist

Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales & Business Development Specialist to lead the charge in identifying, targeting, and acquiring enterprise-level clients. In this role, you will play a critical part in growing our market presence, building strong business relationships, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships across retail, e-commerce, healthcare, and other high-demand industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic B2B sales plan to acquire and retain business clients.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, outbound outreach, and industry events.
- Manage the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Make compelling sales presentations and customized service solutions tailored to each client's logistics and delivery needs.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
- Track KPIs, sales targets, pipeline development, and forecast revenue using CRM tools (GHL - GoHighLevel).
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry shifts to position EtaFlex as a trusted logistics partner.
- Represent the company at industry expos, networking events, and pitch meetings.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or service-based industries.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing high-value client accounts.
- Strong understanding of last-mile delivery and logistics solutions is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
