What you’ll be doing

1. Smile and make eye contact with guests
2. Maintain fresh continental breakfast, replenishing items as needed
3. Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, breakfast area, and lobby
4. Serve guess by filling their glasses and bringing requested items to them during breakfast hours.
5. Washes and dries dishes, glasses and utensils
6. Notifies front desk if there are inadequate food or utensils in kitchen
7. Puts away all breakfast foods and dinnerware upon conclusion of breakfast
8. Vacuums staircases, lobbies and elevators
9. Cleans and furnishes public/employee restrooms
10. Dusts wood work and cleans interior windows in lobby and offices
11. Addresses mechanical issues such as phone, television, toilet HVAC malfunctions
12. Orders appropriate food quantities (cookies in evening, bread/rolls for morning)
13. Assists and prepares boardroom; clean after each use
14. Labels and submits all items left by guests to front desk
15. Communicates relevant information to corresponding departments
16. Assists laundry and housekeeping periodically

Skills you’ll bring along

1. Previous housekeeping experience, preferred
2. Able to read and comprehend instructions
3. Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
4. Able to lift and/or move 30 pounds

Job Type

1. Part time position 1 - 2 days per week
2. Primarily day shift, may work some evenings. Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
3. Holidays required
