Client Success Manager

We’re seeking a dedicated and relationship-driven **Client Success Manager** to join our team, ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our services while fostering long-term partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

* Onboard new clients and guide them through the implementation of solutions.

* Build strong relationships by understanding client goals and aligning strategies to meet them.

* Monitor client performance metrics and provide insights to drive success.

* Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve the client experience.

* Address client concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.

**Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in client success, account management, or customer support (3+ years preferred).

* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

* Strong ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.

* Data-driven mindset with experience tracking client performance and KPIs.

* Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success tools.

* Background in consulting, SaaS, or professional services is a plus.
