Machine Learning Engineer - US Search Ads Team

Join a leading global tech company focused on building a cutting-edge search ads platform. We're looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to help optimize our ad relevance and ranking systems. If you're passionate about solving complex challenges and making a significant impact, this role is for you!
*Key Responsibilities**
- Build and optimize large-scale ad systems to drive ad performance.
- Develop relevance models using machine learning and NLP techniques .
- Enhance ad personalization with ranking algorithms and predictive modeling .
- Work on CTR/CVR models , data analysis, and feature engineering.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on product strategies.
*Qualifications & Skills**
- 5+ years of experience in search, ads, recommendation systems , or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or C/C++ .
- Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP , and ranking systems .
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English is a plus, but not required.
