Continuous Improvement Lead

Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your continuous improvement and operational excellence expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll drive meaningful change by ensuring APSYS - Alstom Performance System deliverables are consistently met across multiple sites, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (site leaders, regional function leaders, and the central APSYS team), lead Kaizen activities to promote best practices, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
Facilitating communication and collaboration between sites to promote best practice sharing and a culture of continuous improvement,
Leading Kaizen activities to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence,
Organizing and facilitating workshops to educate and engage teams in continuous improvement methodologies,
Coordinating digital transformation projects and supporting the standardization and integration of digital solutions across sites.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related fields,
- Previous rail (or similar) industry experience (desired),
Knowledge of Lean, or similar continuous improvement methodologies (certification is desired),
Familiarity with analytical tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Excel, and common MMS (GSI, Maximo, etc.),
Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
Proven ability to conduct assessments and lead workshops,
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions,
Strong project management and coordination skills,
Adaptability to changes and ability to drive process improvements in a dynamic environment.

Base Salary Range: $115,300 - $136,000
