About the Job

Hodson P.I., LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager I to lead a Subrosa Surveillance team . This is a leadership role focused on managing subrosa cases , supervising surveillance investigators , and ensuring exceptional investigative results for our legal and insurance clients.

We are looking for someone with real subrosa management experience —not just in the field, but overseeing multiple investigators, coordinating case strategies, and delivering top-tier results.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload of 25+ active sub-rosa surveillance cases
• Supervise, mentor, and support a growing team of field investigators
• Coordinate surveillance strategies and ensure proper coverage across multiple cases and locations
• Perform quality control of investigative materials, including video review and report auditing
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational standards and case outcomes
• Assist in training new surveillance investigators and enforcing company standards
• Handle urgent assignments and communicate directly with clients as needed
• Weekend or evening availability required

What You Need

• Proven experience in subrosa surveillance case management
• Strong background in insurance claims investigations
• Excellent written communication and report-review skills
• Leadership experience managing or supervising investigative teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and investigative software/tools
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Private Investigator license (preferred)
