As a Senior Frontend Engineer on the Economy Revenue team, you will play a key role in building and optimizing incentive products and systems that drive user spending and engagement, directly contributing to Roblox's rapid expansion and the financial well-being of our vibrant community.

This team owns the critical payments integration across every platform Roblox supports, processing millions of transactions daily. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, build, and scale these essential systems. You'll collaborate with a talented team dedicated to engineering excellence and tackling complex challenges at scale

You Will:

• Partner with a cross-functional team including product, design, and data science to develop and deliver user-facing features to 90+ million daily active users on the Roblox platform.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and designers to define requirements and roadmap.
• Drive engineering vision for highly scalable and cutting-edge solutions.
• Collaborate with fellow engineers to design and build new user-facing features related to payments on Roblox, including new innovative payment flows like gifted purchases, as well as integrating new payment methods.
• Design and implement incentive programs and features to encourage user spending and engagement within the Roblox economy
• Help recruit future talent for the team.

You Have:

• 4+ years of professional experience working on consumer-facing applications.
• 3+ years of proficient experience with modern UI frameworks like React or React Native
• Strong product and design intuition.
• Broken down product requirements into iterative deliverable stages with a history of successful execution & delivery
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience.

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
