Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Experience with documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Ability to work a 5x8 schedule and provide therapeutic services consistent with SNF standards.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
• Assignment Type: Long-term contract (14 weeks contract length indicated).
• Weekend coverage may be requested by the client; candidate should be open to working some weekends.
