A well-respected Los Angeles litigation boutique is hiring multiple Litigation Associates to join its insurance defense and general liability team. With a strong reputation in court and an even stronger commitment to attorney development, this firm is a standout for lawyers who want to grow.

What You’ll Do
- Handle a range of litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Conduct discovery, draft and argue motions, and support trial prep
- Take or defend depositions (with growing independence)
- Collaborate with partners and clients on case strategy
- Maintain manageable billables (160 net hours per month)
What They’re Looking For
- 1 to 10 years of litigation experience
- Strong research, writing, and motion drafting skills
- Comfortable with discovery, depositions, and court appearances
- Trial exposure preferred (first or second chair is a bonus)
- Ability to work in the office 2 to 3 days per week for the first 3 months
- Writing sample highly encouraged
Work Schedule
- Hybrid for first 3 months (2–3 days/week in-office), then fully remote
- Monday to Friday with flexibility
- Monthly target: 160 net billable hours
Compensation and Perks
- Base Salary: $110,000 to $200,000, depending on experience
- Monthly Bonus: $60 for every hour billed over 160
- Business Development Bonus: 10% of collected revenue on new clients (even if not working the file)
- Contingency referral bonuses
- Health, Dental, and Vision: 50% coverage for employees and dependents (after 30 days)
- PTO: 8 holidays, 6 sick days, vacation increases with tenure
- 401(k): Eligibility after 1 year, 7 months
