Procurement Analyst (Experienced or Lead)

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for Procurement Analyst (Experienced or Lead) to join our Data Integration team to support our Modifications, Training and MRO businesses in Long Beach, CA.
The ideal candidate thrives in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment and have strong experience in collaboration, problem solving, and leading activities independently. Strong organizational and communication skills are critical in this role, as the successful candidate will need to coordinate with a wide variety of cross-functional stakeholders to meet business priorities. The position will require a strong understanding of or willingness to learn supply chain/supplier management processes and their impact on the aftermarket spares systems.
Position Responsibilities:
- Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects.
- Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.
- Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan.
- Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals.
- Supports the development and implementation of strategies.
- Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows.
- Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.
- Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders.
- Develops risk mitigation plan
This positions is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate may be required to perform some work onsite at the listed location option (Long Beach, CA). This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain
- 3+ years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations.
- 3+ years of experience in a role that required articulating data analysis summaries verbally or via PowerPoint presentations to various audience including senior management.
- 3+ years of experience supporting internal customers.
- 3+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years' of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Supply Chain
- Experience working in a Procurement role with large data sets
- Experience working in cross functional teams
Typical Education/Experience: Experienced:
Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Lead:
Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area (Long Beach, CA) or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range (Experienced): $81,600 -$110,400
Summary Pay Range (Lead): $100,300 -$135,700
