Rental Sales Managers can expect any of the following responsibilities:

• Generate rental, lease, and vehicle sales leads. Develop leads through phone solicitation, customer visits, and online marketing to achieve weekly KPIs.
• Research prospects, initiate contacts (phone calls, letters, emails), and distribute contact information to prospective customers.
• Evaluate customer's needs and develop proposals through the use of product and industry knowledge.
• Grow market share by successfully handling critical customer transactions.
• Possess a complete understanding of marketplace conditions to maximize utilization of the rental fleet.
• Effectively handle customer complaints and needs through quality service and creative solutions.
• Pursue revenue growth through the maintenance and expansion of the existing customer base.
• Perform inventory counts.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years sales/leasing and management experience
• Outside Sales experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• MVR with a clean driving record
• Able to reliably commute to Fontana or planning to relocate before starting work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or two years of related experience
• Heavy equipment/rental/Trailer industry experience: 1-2 years
• Inventory: 3 years
• Karmak Fusion: 1 year
• MS Office: 5+ years
• License/Certification: if any

Work Environment:

Exposure to working near moving mechanical parts, in high precarious places, with toxic or caustic chemicals; fumes, or airborne particles, extremes in temperature, and environmental conditions. Usually moderate to loud noise levels. Potential risk of electrical shock. May work in a shop or yard or out of a mobile service vehicle.
