Contract CMF Designer, Interior
- Conduct research on materials, sustainability, and manufacturing processes
- Collaborate closely with the CMF lead and design team on solutions that support the brand vision
- Develop and execute beautiful and functional interior color, material, and finish strategies
- Communicate and present CMF concepts, ideas, and solutions to internal and external stakeholders
- Stay up to date with cross-industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in CMF design and sustainable materials industries
- Contribute to a physical CMF library and digital database
- 5-8 years of experience in the Outdoor industry, transportation, or blend of hard and softgoods
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
- Strong visual and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge in manufacturing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
