Administrative Services Analyst
Job Description and Duties
Under the direction of the Supervisor I, this position serves as the Administrative Services Analyst for the Division of Design. The incumbent services as the liaison for Training, TE Civil Rotation Program, Employee Engagement, Property Control, Work Plans, and Utilities. The incumbent is responsible for activities, policies, and management of the District's Employee Engagement Office, managing, monitoring, and tracking the completion of training, assists in administering the TE Civil Rotation Program, overseeing property control, and facilitating the installation and billing of utility services. The Administrative Services Analyst works very closely with the Supervisor I in developing and implementing internal and external partnership engagement programs
and activities.

Working Conditions
Position located at 464 W 4th St, San Bernardino, CA 92401
Multiple positions may be filled from this recruitment. Work location is in a climate-controlled cubicle area office of a high rise building accessed through elevators and under artificial lighting. There will be occasional fluctuations in temperature. Will periodically attend meetings and/or training outside of the assigned office.Special Requirements
