ProSync is seeking passionate Specialized Project Lead to help ensure security and intelligence compliance with policies and regulations, drawing on some of the nation's leading personnel and cybersecurity thought leaders for enhancing, accelerating, and assuring the United States Navy's ability to counter existing and emerging security threats.

This position offers a salary in the range of $164k-174k based on numerous factors, including degree and overall experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This position handles the support of the Sensitive Compartment Information Facility. This role includes:

• Taking the lead in managing various IT or Security/Intelligence related implementations or initiatives, ensuring that projects align with organizational goals and adhere to industry standards,
• Overseeing and coordinating a diverse range of activities and operations with both internal and external customers, fostering effective communication and collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions.
• Actively interfacing with program personnel and stakeholders, facilitating discussions to gather insights, address concerns, and enhance overall project efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Six years of experience in:

1. Developing timelines, forecasts, resource allocations, and budget estimates.
2. Tracking progress, funding, and providing financial overviews to internal and external customers.

• Four years of experience in:

1. Managing IT or Security/Intelligence related implementations or initiatives.
2. Overseeing and coordinating activities with internal and external customers.
3. Interfacing with program personnel and stakeholders.

• If a proposed individual does not meet both the required education and experience qualifications, (10) years of professional technical activities related to complex project planning would be considered equivalent.
• Six (6) of these ten (10) years should demonstrate experience in “1” and “2” and four (4) of these ten (10) years should demonstrate experience in “1” through “3”.
  

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline.
