You\u2019ll work with cross functional teams on interesting and challenging projects, contributing your expertise in intricate systems, deciphering code, and anticipating software behaviors to ensure Applied remains the leader in the semiconductor and display sectors.\u200b \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Design, develop, and maintain Machine Control software applications using Java.\n\n * Work closely with systems and application engineers to integrate software solutions equipment software.\n\n * Proactively communicate on development status \u0026 delays in agreed upon timelines\n\n * Implement and manage microservices architecture to ensure scalability and efficiency.\n\n * Interface with internal and external customers for requirement analysis, functional specification, solution development, testing, and support.\n\n * Navigate a dynamic work environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to ensure the effective delivery of solutions.\n\n * Must be dedicated to development\n\n\n\n\nProblem Solving\n\n * Ability to break down complex problems into smaller, manageable parts. This helps in understanding the root cause of issues and developing effective solutions .\n\n * Understanding and applying algorithms to solve problems efficiently. This includes knowledge of data structures and algorithms, which are fundamental to writing optimized code\n\n * Evaluating different solutions and approaches to determine the best course of action. This involves assessing the pros and cons of various options\n\n * Working effectively with other team members to solve problems.
