RPA Engineer
The Marlin Alliance, Inc. is seeking an RPA Engineer with UiPath experience to work in San Diego, CA. This position supports our Navy customer and requires the ability to obtain a US Secret clearance.
Established in 2002, The Marlin Alliance is a woman-owned small business (WOSB) seeking to hire highly skilled individuals to support mission critical projects within the Navy. We are looking for motivated individuals to lead and support digital transformation, data science and analytics, and automation projects for variety of Navy clients. Individuals must be able to function in a fast-paced work environment and able to adapt quickly to rapidly changing requirements and technologies. Using your comprehensive knowledge of various technologies, you will design, develop, and implement solutions to support Navy mission owners in their digital transformation journey.
Responsibilities:
- Build, test, deliver, and run robotic automations using UiPath. Ensure implementation of automations are in line with industry standards & best practices.
- Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and perform due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers and Subject Matter Experts to identify automations and requirements.
- Conduct code reviews with peers to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Support Testing through the creation of test case automations.
- Installation and configuration of UiPath software.
- Identify, report, and fix bugs.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Experience of working within an Agile, continuous integration environment
- 3+ year of experience with UiPath
- 3+ year of experience with PKI secured systems
- 3+ year of experience with software development
- Ability to obtain a DOD Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Experience with Cloud environments
- Experience with the Navy
