The Anchovy Bar is seeking experienced and qualified kitchen team members!

Responsibilities :
- Uphold high standards of quality, freshness, consistency, cleanliness, & organization before & during service.
- Assist with daily prep & station setup; properly store, label, & rotate ingredients & prepared items.
- Prepare and execute dishes to the expectations of quality & presentation.
- 5 days per week: shifts are from 1pm-11:30pm, including a 30 minute break for staff meal.
Qualifications:
- Passion for food, education, and professional growth, with genuine curiosity & pride in learning.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, clear communication, ability to multitask & remain calm under pressure.
- Possesses a hospitality-driven mindset & collaborative team approach.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Previous cook experience required, Seafood experience is a plus.
- Desire for longevity; commitment of at least one year.
