About the Role:
ANSR is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Counsel to join our dynamic Legal team for a commercial contracts role. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of business, technology, talent, and global operations while supporting a rapidly growing organization with a worldwide footprint.
As Corporate Counsel, you will collaborate closely with business leaders across sales, procurement, human resources, finance, operations, technology, and compliance to draft complex global business contracts. You will help business stakeholders identify and manage legal risk while supporting the companys growth and operational objectives.
This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys variety, embraces challenges, and wants exposure to commercial transactions with a wide variety of enterprise level customers.
What You'll Do:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide variety of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, operational agreements, staffing and recruiting agreements, and real estate agreements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify risks and develop practical contract solutions that support business goals.
- Develop a working knowledge of privacy, employment, operational, and regulatory considerations that arise in commercial transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support complex commercial transactions involving talent solutions, business support services, workspace solutions, and global capability center operations.
- Assist in the development of scalable contract processes, templates, and training programs that improve legal efficiency and support business growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor who can translate complex legal concepts into easily understandable, actionable business guidance.

What We're Looking For:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
- Three to five years of experience in commercial contracting.
- Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
- Excellent judgment and the confidence to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Experience supporting international operations is a plus.

Salary:
Salary range:$100,000 - $140,000

This is a remote position, preferablybasedintheCentral or Eastern timezone.
