Social Media Manager - 1 day/week contractor (Santa Monica)
We're looking for a hungry and energetic social media manager to help run our social media channels, and build our community of followers on Instagram and LinkedIn.
We have a real estate finance business (F2 Finance) and an investment fund (Faes & Co.), which both have very different audiences that we're targeting. We want someone who can develop a deep understanding of these dynamics, and help us build our following. There are also certain team members that would like help with raising the profiles on their personal accounts.
If the successful candidate proves that they can do the role, there is the opportunity for the role to expand into managing other social media channels for our group of businesses, and other marketing activities. This is really an entry level role for someone to show what value they can deliver.
We would like to have someone who is LA-based who can be in our office from time to time, for a 1 day a week contract. Specifically, the outputs, amongst other things will be:
- develop and manage a comprehensive social media calendar, with thoughtful themes and content ideas
- produce content in line with our company branding on Canva
- across our two companies:
- 5 x Instagram posts/stories / week (including video)
- 2 x LinkedIn posts / week
- managing engagement across our channels
- monthly reporting on progress (monitoring most engaging content etc).
Requirements
Significant experience managing social media channels for business, specifically on Instagram and LinkedIn.
