Senior Staff Program Manager, Silicon IP

You Are:
You are an experienced program manager with a strong background in analog and digital SoC design. You thrive in customer-facing roles, communicate effectively, and manage complex projects across diverse teams. Your technical expertise and leadership skills ensure successful outcomes even under tight deadlines. You’re passionate about delivering customer value and driving innovation in the semiconductor industry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as the main contact for customers on IP programs
- Managing project schedules and deliverables
- Coordinating cross-functional teams globally
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
- Reporting progress to leadership and customers
- Improving project management processes
The Impact You Will Have:
- Accelerate customer SoC product launches
- Reduce risk and improve delivery success
- Enhance Synopsys’ reputation with key customers
- Drive adoption of Synopsys IP

What You’ll Need:
- BSEE or equivalent with 10+ years relevant experience
- Expertise in SoC design and IC manufacturing
- Strong program/project management skills
- Experience working with customers
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
