We’re looking for an accomplished real estate professional to lead, mentor, and grow a team of motivated agents.

This is a powerful opportunity to grow in leveraged commission income and expand your business while shaping future real estate talent. You’ll connect with a steady stream of agent leads — both licensed and in training — who are engaged in our coaching and development programs. As you share your expertise and mentor them day to day, they’ll contribute to the growth of your team and support your production goals.

$85,000 - $170,000 at plan commissions

• Coach and teach contracts
• Coaching appointments
• Help recruit new agents to the office
• Weekly accountability with agents
• Weekly coaches meeting
• One-on-one coaching appointments
• Help negotiate contracts
• Actively sells
• Ability to teach sales script mastery

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Real estate sales experience
• Completed transactions are searchable in the MLS
