A fast-growing, private equity-backed organization in the technology space is hiring a Sr. Accountant to support a high-impact finance transformation during a period of rapid expansion. This is a fully remote opportunity with exposure to a multinational environment , including LATAM operations and U.S. leadership. Why This Opportunity Stands Out Join a high-growth, PE-backed company undergoing major expansion Significant exposure to international accounting (LATAM U.S.) Opportunity to help build processes and bring structure to a fast-moving environment Direct visibility to Controller and executive leadership Key Responsibilities Own key aspects of the month-end close, general ledger, and reconciliations Support audit-related activities , including inventory audits Assist in clean-up efforts and process improvements across accounting operations Partner closely with remote Controller (LATAM-based) and U.S. finance leadership Contribute to the implementation and optimization of accounting processes and procedures Qualifications Required: 5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting (month-end close, GL, reconciliations) Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written; will be assessed) Hands-on experience with SAP Experience working within multinational or LATAM-focused accounting environments Working knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment Highly Preferred: Experience in shared services or regional LATAM accounting teams Exposure to multi-entity and intercompany accounting CPA or equivalent (not required) Experience supporting audit processes Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
