Sales Manager - Pharma (Central)

This role spearheads our sales initiatives, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding year on year profitable revenue growth. This role combines business vision and acumen with hands-on leadership and requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead and Develop Team: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of direct reports to exceed (sales) targets within the annual operating plan and foster professional growth. Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Drive Sales Strategy: Develop and drive sales plans, identify new market opportunities, and optimize sales channels to increase revenue.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs, track team performance, and repreport sales metrics to senior management. Use data-driven insights to adjust sales plans proactively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with (key )clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and business expansion.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and other teams to align sales initiatives with divisional objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, andmarket dynamics to identify risks and opportunities.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, track progress against goals, and report on pipeline health and revenue projections
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5–7 years of sales experience with proven leadership capabilities.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
- Tactical thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team management.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK:
This will be a remote role. The territory will include Central US and preference is for candidates located in that region.
