    • Balance workloads across internal teams and external vendors
    • Proactively identify bandwidth constraints

    Systems & Workflow Management

    • Own and manage project tracking systems within Suite
    • Maintain and enhance existing workflows (not replace them)
    • Utilize formulas, linked sheets, and light automation
    • Improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
    • Ensure data accuracy and system integrity \

    Event & High-Priority Project Support

    • Support planning and execution of events and key initiatives
    • Coordinate timelines and deliverables for high-impact projects
    • Stay organized and adaptable in fast-moving situations

    What Success Looks Like

    • Clear visibility into the status of all active projects
    • Deadlines are consistently met
    • Improved team efficiency with reduced process friction
    • Stakeholders feel informed and confident
    • Scalable, streamlined workflows—even during peak periods

    Required Qualifications

    • 3-6 years of experience in project management, traffic, or production (agency, creative, or in-house preferred)
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to remain calm and adaptable under pressure
    • Experience working in ambiguous or evolving environments
    • Advanced proficiency in Suite (including formulas, data linking, and automation)
    • Experience managing custom workflows or non-standard systems

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting events, campaigns, or production-heavy teams
    • Familiarity working with designers, editors, and creative vendors
    • Experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, etc.

    Work Environment

    Additional Information

    • This role requires ownership and optimization of an existing-based project management system
    • This is not an executive assistant role; the focus is on creative project and workflow management
