Competitive Salary: Earn a competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $175,000 per year, depending on your experience.
What You'll Do:

Case Management: Independently handle cases, from inception to resolution, including complex issues.
Discovery: Structure discovery plans, take and defend depositions, and manage document-intensive cases.
Motion Practice: Draft and argue dispositive motions.
Trial Preparation: Prepare cases for trial.
Client Interaction: Provide exceptional service and counsel to clients.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members.
What You'll Need:

California License: Must be a licensed attorney in the State of California.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in general litigation, business litigation, and/or complex civil litigation.
Construction/Real Estate Experience (Desired): Experience in construction defect, construction law, and/or real estate law is highly desirable.
Strong Academic Credentials: A solid academic background.
