Responsibilities

• Managing and responding to correspondence, including emails and official letters, in a timely and professional manner.
• Performing accurate data entry and maintaining organised digital records related to our programmes and beneficiaries.
• Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments for the team.
• Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations to support the foundation’s activities.
• Assisting with basic administrative financial tasks, such as tracking invoices and expenses.
• Liaising effectively with internal team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
• Providing general administrative support to help the foundation operate efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a clerical or administrative assistant role.
• Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
• A high degree of accuracy in all aspects of work.
• The ability to work independently and take initiative, which is essential for a remote position.
